Mini roulette, explained
Fewer numbers look gentler. The edge is often worse than European roulette.
Read the pocket count
Mini roulette tables use a short wheel, sometimes 13 pockets including a zero. Fewer numbers make payouts look generous, but the zero is a larger share of the wheel. That raises the house edge well above the 2.70% of European roulette.
If both games are open, European roulette is the lower-edge option. Play mini roulette only if you enjoy the format after you have read the rules screen.
